What exactly is an AI employee?
An AI coworker that lives in your team chat and does repetitive work across your apps: drafting, updating records, chasing, reporting. It asks a person before anything risky or final.
How much of my team's time does this take?
About 15 hours across your whole team, for the mapping interviews and training. Your team explains how the work runs. We do the mapping, building and setup.
How long until it's working?
Usually 3 to 4 weeks from a signed proposal to your first workflow running. Your proposal sets the exact timeline.
Is our data safe?
It works within the access you give it, and you control the account. Anything that touches money or a client goes to a person first, and every action is logged so you can audit it.
Do we have to change our software?
No. It works with the tools you already use.
What does it cost?
One price for the whole engagement: the audit, the roadmap, your first workflows, team training and handoff, paid in stages. The AI platform is a separate monthly subscription, which we size with you. We share pricing on the discovery call.
What happens after handoff?
