What does an AI implementation consultant do?
They take you from "we should use AI" to AI that does real work every week. That means finding the right processes, setting the AI up on them, checking that it works, and training your team to run it.
Is an AI automation consultant the same thing?
Close. Classic automation follows fixed rules and breaks when something changes. We set up an AI employee that reads requests in plain English, works across the software you already use, and asks a person when it is unsure.
How much does an AI implementation consultant cost?
Prices in the market vary a lot, from hourly freelancers to large consulting projects. We quote one all-in price after the discovery call, paid in stages, so you know the full cost before we start. The AI platform is a separate monthly subscription, which we size with you.
Do we need technical people on the team?
